What is your refund/return policy?Updated 10 months ago

Orders are eligible for refunds and replacements within 6 months from the order date. After 6 months, the order is locked and archived in our system and is no longer eligible for a refund or a replacement. Consumable items, digital downloads, and shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Items must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging if the product was packaged. So long as the item is returned in acceptable condition, we will refund the purchase price (if any discounts were applied, the refund will reflect the discounted price, not the full price). Digital products cannot be returned and cannot be refunded once purchased. 

We are unable to process direct exchanges of merchandise. However, you’re welcome to place a new order for the item you want and return the item you don’t want to us. Once it returns to our warehouse, we will process a refund as long as the item is in acceptable condition (see above).
