Can you send the rest of my order separately from my preorder item so I can get some items sooner?Updated a month ago

We are unable to ship partial orders. Any orders containing a pre-ordered item will ship once all the items in the order are ready to ship. 

If you'd like to receive some (non-preorder) items before the preorder items are ready, we recommend placing separate orders. If you've already placed a single order and want the items to ship separately, let our support team know. In most cases, we can cancel the original order (as long as it has not yet shipped), and you can then place separate orders that will ship separately.
