Can I change the size of an item after my order has been processed?Updated 10 months ago
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes to it. If you wish to get a different size, we can help by canceling the current order, allowing you to place a new order with the correct size.
If the item is a limited-time or limited-quantity run, we recommend placing a new order for the correct sign as soon as you're able to in order to avoid missing out if the item sells out quickly.
